Single Cell Sequencing

Transcriptome analysis is an effective method for addressing the long-standing challenge of mapping genes to phenotypes in biology and medicine. Nevertheless, despite the almost identical genotypes shared by every cell in our body, each cell's transcriptome information only reflects the activity of a small group of genes. Furthermore, standard bulk population sequencing can only offer the average expression signal for an ensemble of cells because each of the many different cell types in our body has a distinct transcriptome.

Applications

  • Identification of the complexity of the immune cells and tissues for the purpose of new treatment targets

  • Identification of new immune cell populations and their relationships

  • Tumor microenvironment heterogeneity Identification to improve our understanding of cancer

  • Cancer stem cell identification to provide new insight into complex intra-tumoral heterogeneity.

  • The application of different types of stem cells’ sequencing for new findings in the stem cell field

Technical Features

  • True single-cell detection (each cell forms individual GEMs, which are individually labeled)

  • Ultra-low single-cell price

  • Low rate of multi-cell capture (less than 8/10000)

  • Ultra high capture efficiency (single cell capture efficiency of 65%).

  • Short experimental cycle and fully automatic real single cell separation

  • Ultra high cell flux (up to 10,000 cells per sample)

  • Diversified cell types (suitable for diameters within 40 microns, no lower limit)

  • High throughput (8 samples can be detected at the same time)
